Wafer Style Butterfly Valves with Gear Operator

Features

• Operator flange conforms to ISO 5211. Designed to work with manual, pneumatic or electric actuators.
• The rubber seat is non-collapsible, stretch-resistant, and blowout-proof.
• The precision machined disc ensures low operating torque and effective sealing up to 200 psi. The hydro-dynamically designed disc allows for high-capacity flow.
• A one-piece shaft design ensures dependability and positive disc positioning.
• The valves are epoxy coated and incorporate “zerk”-style grease fittings for easy lubrication of the neck and gearbox (if applicable).

• ANSI Class 150 Steel Slip-On Plate Flanges: Meets AWWA C207-13 and ANSI #150 bolt pattern specifications. Specific grades of steel for structural or critical applications are available upon request.
• ANSI Class 150 Stainless Steel Slip-On Plate Flanges: Available in ATSM grades 304L & 316L. This slip-on flange style meets ANSI #150 drill pattern specifications.

• Disc materials are also available in Aluminum, Bronze, and Stainless Steel (may be subject to minimum order quantity)
